Yous should see a dentist as soon as possible to rule out any bigger problem with your teeth. Because when you progress further in your pregnancy then it will get more difficult to provide any kind of treatment for you. If you want to try something at home then you should use sensodyne rapid action toothpaste twice a day to brush your teeth with a soft toothbrush and use prodent mouthwash to rinse your mouth after brushing. Also please try to avoid hot and cold foods meanwhile. Regards
Waslam. If the sensitivity is accompanied with pain then please visit your dentist for proper checkup.
if it's just the sensitivity and no pain and cavity, then try using a good mouthwash (Listerine) and proper brushing (colgate sensitive). If the problem still persists then please visit your dentist.
