Thank you.
if your gums are bleeding then use tooth paste paradontox for at least 14 days twice daily, and if you feel that heavy calcified material is accumulated over your teeth then you need scaaling and polishing .. then you should visit dentist as soon as possible
Please take appointment over phone to discuss your issue for best treatment options
Dear patient I have read your problem. You can do luke warm water rinses by adding a little salt in it but if you are a patient of blood pressure then avoid adding salt in it. You can also use a mouth wash listerine. Visit a nearby dentist for further treatment.
Yeah you can use that too.

Hii avoid using brush in up and down movement but instead use it in circular motion to avoid further recession. Are you smoker?
Member
No I'm not a smoker. My teeth are misaligned is it due to that? My gums are also receding

Yeah that can be the cause but lets start with simple steps. Use proper circular technique for brushing.

The front teeth are effected. It's a slow and constant pain. It goes away when I use listerine mouth wash or chew something otherwise it remains
