I have sharp pain above my middle incisors, also, my first left pre-molars has a cavity that I've been neglecting for the past 4-5 months, roof of that gum hurts bad. Kindly suggest what can be done immediately to ease the pain
take painkiller and do opg and also do scaling

this looks like irreversible pulpitis and your gum is also very inflammed. you need to take a course of antibiotics
tablet augmentin 625 mg one tablet two times a day
tablet prevent 500 mg one tablet two times a day
tablet alcuflex one tablet two times a day
mouthwash niflam 20 mg undiluted put in in your mouth and keep it there for 20 seconds then spit
you can also take panadol 500 mg two tablets four times a day if your pain doesnt go with above 3 tablets. you have to do this course for 7 days. do not sleep on effected side also apply ice pack and dnt do warm compresses on it keep your pillow a little up dont sleep with flat pillow
