Asking For Self, Male 40, Abbottabad

I would advice you to start taking a Multivitamin and b complex, avoid eating hot and spicy food, keep your mouth clean, drink more water, avoid smoking (if u smoke)and visit a oral medicine specialist in any Teaching dental hospital near to your city
