Is it mouth ulcer or Cancer because i am suffering form last 5 years from it.

Every ulcer is not mouth cancer , but as you are saying that is present from last 5 years .
You should immediately consult a maxillofacial surgeon .
If you are in lahore , i can suggest you some best maxillofacial surgeons .
Clinical examination plus biopsy is reccomended it might b a dangerous thing

If it’s for 5 years then it’s mouth ulcer most probably But cancer is common in premalignant ulceration u need to b vigilant
