Hi! Any specialist In this group? I need a small help please My 10 years old son having this thing inside in his mouth , i dont know what to do and where to go Due to lock down. I can not go and see a doctor so if someone knows about it plz help

It's an abrasive lesion on the cheek most probably due to the lower molar which has Caries and sharp edges..
