Assalam o alaikum I want to ask whether I should go for scaling and polishing of milk teeth of 5 year old child or not?

can be diagnosed clinically. it can be done but not recommended in mild cases
take your Child for a dental appointment, if necessary then Dentist will do it v gently. and do ask him to teach you about Teeth brushing technique.
make a habit of brushing teeth before bedtime for your child and everyone else in family.
