Talk to Dentist on ITP & RLS

I have been diagnosed with ITP last year in july after dental surgery . I have had no active bleeding. just bruises sometimes . I have tried steroids, immuno supressive ( neoral, imurun ) , platelets transfusion , revolade, but no affect on platelets . I have done almost all test. all r normal not much risky. Last option from all Dr's " Removal of spleen " I have a question for Dr. * All of you know that removal of spleen does not work. its temporary solution . after sometime again ur platelets drop down. the side effect of removal of spleen is major." why dont Doctor see the actual condition of patient lik what are the symptoms which r patient facing and then recommend him the solution accordingly . if the patient has no active bleeding then i don't think there is need on removal of spleen. as u r going to remove ur body organ. and even Dr itself is not sure about where platelets r being destroyed ,
