i got my tooth endoposte after root canal.is the filling she did permanent or need composite over it

permanent filling is Done after Endopost , but you have to go for Crowning . if Crown is not done , your tooth will be soon break into two pieces . In our term , called vertical fracture.

depends on the filling. if the filling amalgam or permanent then there is no need. but if filling is temporary then we have to change it. most of the times permanent filling is done.

1 week is also enough but for more safety if you feel pain then wait for another week if its getting better otherwise complain your doctor to re-asses your treatment

no, not necessary, but as a safety measure lete hain yeh 2 weeks Ka gap , takke idea hojaye k koi pain tou nahi.

get a crown over that tooth because it can be chip off while chewing. Permanent filling always placed in increments and it may chip off. Crown is always a good option to make long life of your tooth

Most probably its a permanent filling because after an endopost mostly permanent filling is done ,after which a crown is suggested.

normally a permanent filling is done once post/RCT is done, still it's better to ask your dentist.
Get the crown on this tooth after a wk or 10 days Gap. as crowning is necessary after Rct.
in the mean time be careful with your eating habits,avoid hard food and sticky sweets etc.
