Hi Mn Australia mn rehti hon or mn ne Pakistan se almost 7 years back 2 root canal kerwai thin jis mn mujhe kabhi kabhi dard hota hai bohat halka sa or us pe cap bhi laga hoa hai …..mn kisi or dant k dard ki waja se dentist k pas gai thi or unhon ne mujhe kaha k aapka Ye dant Sahi se nai kia dentist ne and u need to do it again but mujhe koi kaha dard nai hai….. same aisa hi mere dosri side pe masla hai jis mn bridge laga hoa hai… yahan dentist ne kaha k bridge bhi or jo left side pe two root canal hn dono k cover Sahi nai lage hoe… kindly suggest k mn kia karon … mn kitna arsa ise chor sakti hon bcz as such mujhe koi khas pain nai hAi… mn apni X-rays bhi send ker rahi hon kindly help me… I m so worried ?
agr pain nhi hai tu jab tak chalte hai chalaey....agr masla ana shuru ho gaya hai tu remove krwaye kyunke inki rct howi howi hai tu during removal ye tot skhte hai bki safai ka khayal rakhe...doc is right ye sahi nhi bne howe esp lower bridge upper wale crowns bi bulky hai with overhangs
ln my opinion as far as X-ray suggests us pain is due to pockets. Being on a conservative approach you must brush your teeth twice before going to bed and after breakfast. Use a tooth paste containing chlorhexidine for at least 2 weeks. And also use an antibacterial mouthwash twice a day. Use this protocol for 2 weeks then plan a procedure if your symptoms persists.
W/salam , ap k right aur left dono bridges ki root canal poor hui v hai. Thats not complete yet jis ki waja se ye failure mai ja skti hai aur right lower side p periapical changes already agai han due to infection. Agar ap bridge ni utarwana chahtin to drill k sth bridge k oper se b root canal ki ha skti hai. Aur ye yad rakhain k jab bhi ap root canal treatment krwain to X-Ray mai lazmi confirm krein k roots properly end tk fill hui han ya ni . Thanks
the Root canal on the left upper molar as lower right molars are not done properly and the bridge work is also not done properly. if you don't have Persistent pain and discomfort in both sides while eating or at rest. then it can be delayed till you feel discomfort/pain, as the treatment had been done 7 yrs ago,but do improve your oral hygiene routine by brushing twice daily,floosing daily at bed time and.
Once u develop problem then u will have to get them Re-Root canalled and new crowns and bridgework.

The root canals are not that good. True but they need further examination and testing. There is a premolar thats included in your bridge and its not endo treated. A clinical exam would further clear the picture and diagnosis.
Root canals repeat hon gi then bridges change hon gy apke this is the only proper way ...
Jab tk pain nai ha you can wait till then

Thanks all of you to help me… I do floss and brush my teeth every night and in the morning too and in between I use clove oil or salt or baking soda….
Dentists here in Australia are saying that may be during procedure they can break the cap and I m confuse between whether to take these teeth out and use other options like dentures or implants or redo these teeth.
So kindly suggest which option is more better and long lasting bcz I have heard that implants lasts up to 25 years and dentures are painful… I m so confused between all these things
Just visit a proper qualified dentist and get the re rct done along with crowns.This time do visit a good dentist if you plan to get it done from Pakistan

Or agar mn filhal rct na kerwaon to future mn koi or problem to nai ho jae gi ya mn kitne arse tk ise aise hi chor sakti hon or gharelo totke like clove oil or neem oil etc se koi farq perta hai k ander koi problem na ho or abhi yahan se to Pakistan ki flights bhi bund hn and here in Australia it’s very expensive.
I also have heard that in Pakistan dentists don’t have proper equipments of rct so they can’t treat it properly.
Sorry if I hurt any of u but so many friends of mine have same issue like mine and they end up taking their teeth out but I don’t want to loose my natural thing and go to artificial side.
