It depends kitna part hai. Agr boht chota hai to chorha bhi ja sakta hai. Barha hai to haddi kaat k nikaalna parhay ga kiunke infection ka khatra hota hai. But xray se definite pata chalay ga.

Yes nikal aayega, sinus lining to bachaa k asaani se nikaala ja sakta hai but kisi qualified dentist k paas jayen, aaj tk technician bhi clinics khol k bethay hain they don't know how to do surgery and can damage sinus.
