Khana khate hue aik dam se pathar beach me agya jo buhat zor se last daarh k daanto se chabaya gya . Uske baad se khate ya peete hue un daanto me dard aur thanda garam lagta. Sensitivity aur pain k lie temporary kuch bta sakte ?

if you bite on a stone etc. there are chances that the grinder may be broken through resulting in pain on chewing and extreme sensitivity. to evaluate the damage, you have to see a dental surgeon, who only will be able to provide you the relief.

Sensitivity k liye use sensodyne paste and mouthwash rinses for 2 weeks .
take 2 tablets panadol for pain 3 times a day and sensodyne toothpaste for senstivity and kindly visit the dentist for further evaluation you main have broken the tooth while biting on hard object

For sensitivity you can put tooth paste for 30-40 seconds and then wash it off. For pain take synflex 550 mg, or two panadols 500mg SOS

For relief of pain you can take Panadol 2x 2 times a day and Sensitivity you can use sensodyne tooth paste, sensodyne rapid action will help. apply the tooth paste on the teeth and leave it for 5 mints. one bite test and xrays will be required to assess the condition of the tooth.
