Is is necessary to use dental dam for oral sex or just normal wash with soap is enough. Kindly advice for oral hygiene and safety

without knowing the deases status of partner,,it is not safe,,,,,, if you have done,,,you should do ur blood screening
Some disease transmitted through oral sex. Dental dam not help you sexually trasfer diseases STD . Possible not to do and if you have done scanning should be done for both of you. Such as aHVC HIV etc
do gargling with mouthwash to ensure safety of your oral cavity from different types of bacterias...

1. U should know about ur partners health regarding any disease ... A known partner is more preferable ....
2. Make sure there is no disease in your oral cavity as it may transmit any disease to other partner.
3. U can use mouthwashes especially chlorhexidine 0.12%
4. Regarding safety , better restrain from such activities
