Could be root canal or extraction.

cause khtm krna ho ga ya dant nikal kr drain ho ga ya dnat ki opening kr k ye bht zyada swelling hai ye dengrous hai spread ho gi med se tb hi farq pry ga jb wja khtm ho gi please go to dentist as soon se possible agr kisi ne apko ghr bhaija hai its not good you need immediate treatment

dr. k pass gae thy kal kaha dant nkalwana hoga pr abi nh abi sun nh hoga .pus ki waja se .fr medicine di aor mamooli se pus nkala kaha 3 dn baad ana nkalwany xray nh hua

walykumussalam ! Pain ki history long hai .Ab swelling ho rahi hai tu tu infection ho gia hai .X-Ray karwany k bad RCT advised ho sakti hai .Agar fori dentist ko visit nahi kar sakti to on call consultation app lay sakti hai .Mufeid ho ga appky laya.
Most probably the tooth will need root canal treatment or extraction as per the decision of the dentist you consult in clinic.

assalam o alikum . you should consult a dentist in the earliest. make it a priority and go to a dentist .your tooth got caries over time jisay keera aam lafzo ma kehatay ha wo kafi arasay se pehalatay pehalatay dant ke andar walay hisay ma pohanch gaya ha aur aapko infection cause kar dia ha aur infection ab aapke mun ma phail raha ha isay emergency samjhain aur dentist ko dikha ke isska proper solution karvain . either root canal treatment or an extraction.
Is daant mein bht ziada infection hay you should visit a dentist asap for an rct or extraction woh check kar k pata chalayga! Dont delay it cz infection already bht ziada hy

Walaikum asalam first of all plz visit a dentist as soon as possible. Apka x ray bhi hoga and iski treatment hona bohat important hai . Antibiotics apko leni pare and also rct bhi hogi but immediately visit a dentist
