From past one my mouth has such a bad taste or smell from the back of my throat first, I noticed this a day when I eat onion in lunch and I felt this bad smell I thought it's onion taste but now when ever I eat something sour it smells the same. Can you plz tell me what cause this?

The smell can be from your mouth or throat or stomach. First see a dentist, then if the problem doesn't solve then see an ENT specialist or a gastroenterologist.
There are various reasons for bad breath. Could be due to poor oral hygiene, gastric issue or any other problem. In the mean time, try to brush your teeth twice, specially brush your tongue as well. The reason is, some bad-breath causing bacteria are accumulated there. So brushing your tongue is helpful too. If possible, kindly visit a nearby dentist for further evalution.
