First I'll recommend you to put yours weight through healthy ways. Because there nothing better than opt for natural mechanism.
In case of any alternare, should be reasonable in usage.
Secondly it's effective but should be discontinued if symptoms of liver failure (loss of appetite, anorexia, itching, jaundice, dark urine, light colored stools, or right upper abdominal pain) occur. Other serious side effects of include Serious allergic reactions.
I would suggest diet plan do if you are interested book yours appointment.

It works in some cases depending upon the type of obesity but medication is not recommended because the best way to loose weight is through Portion Control.
