Dharkan Tez + dizziness — needs investigation with 24 hours holter tape. Consult cardiologist for it. Cor angio minor disease means chest pain is unlikely to be due lack of blood supply to heart. Which is good news. Please make life style changes ie exercise, healthy diet, good sleep and less stress. Insha Allah all will be well
