pulmo spcialist plz give suggestions after corona facing this isue not while having corona when i walk or d o physical activity like wash8ng clothes i feel pain in chest back of the chest nech shoulders upper arm muscles i hav this condition whole day it only goes till i take night sleep but from some days it not go away i feel burden on shoulders plus in nck after any physical activity

yes...you also need some tests to rule out cardiac issue.
Highly likely it may be muscular, related to a recovery phase but no harm in doing a heart tracing (ie ECG) in the first instance . May need some healthy lifestyle changes too. Lung function results may reflect BMI. However chest physician may advise better
