Talk to Cardiologist on Left Side Chest And Arm Pain

I have left side chest pain . Feeling that my heart is missing some beats . Shoulder pain with left arm pain also pain goes to jaws then neck , in this condition my arms and shoulder feel alot of burning , B.P remain normal . Little bit high LDL and triglyceride . Doctor said ECHO Cadiography is normal and ECG is Normal . Doctor said you are normal but every time suggest me Cardinet tablet , Lipiget and Ascard. If i am normal then why for medication . But i feel pain , please guide me . Also inform me about cost of ETT and CT angio
