Salam. My uncle had a major heart attack 20 days ago and he undergone angioplasty 4 days ago. He has become extremely weak, and is not eating anything. He always vomit in the morning or after eating anything. Please let me know what should we do.

You have to consult with any cardiologist Who will find the reasons of Vomiting.
blood thinner medicine can cause stomach upset. consult with physician who can prescribe medicine for stomach. ECG should be repeated and kidney function test should be done
can u share his echocardiography, what is his EF . If pt is in fluid overload then gut edema may led to lack of appetite and vomit.
