Nebivolol not 1st line for high blood pressure.. u can start tab.Norvasc 5mg in morning dose can be adjusted accordingly. Along with life style modification include low salt and low fat diet and physical activity.

Better to not change medications. First of also change ur lifestyle style do regular physical activity along with diet control low salt and low fat diet.. if overweight reduce to weight, if any addiction avoid it.. u also tell previous heart problem so also concerned with ur cardiologist or book appointment on Marham.
