Assalam Alaikum.My Father had a heart attack few days ago.His Tropnin I test was done and that was about 12.45 while normal was 0.01-0.40. Now his echo has done and the report is attached.Consultanat told that his heart is working about 30%. And heart attack has a damage on this.Reports are attached.kindly tell me is it seriuous or not.And what to do next
