Asking For Brother, Male 50, lahore
respected doctors here are the reports of my brothers ECO n ECG . local doctor has prescribed 3 days complete rest. what should be our next step? is anything worrisome? please guide me . detailed answer will thankfully be appreciated. regards.

need anticoagulation as well for 3 months atleast.
viabilty scan can be done to rule out ischemic cause although ecg is suggestive of non ischemic cause.
Everything is worrisome
Proper medication along with anticoagulants required repeat echo after 3 months if lv clot resolved then go thallium scan and cath

Echo shows LV systolic and diastolic dysfunction.. in X-ray cardiac shadow enlarged. ECG shows no specific sign.. better to go for repeat echo for Lv clot nd Lv systolic dysfunction.. patient need antifailure treatment nd low salt and low fat diet.. also concerned for 2nd opinion after repeat echo..
1. Is he a smoker?
2. any histort if sugar or Blood pressure ?
3. heart pump function is low : heart failure with reduced ejection fraction.
4. he has left atrial clot.
Take him to Punjab institute of cardiology or a cardiology OPD at Mayo Hospital.
He needs to have serum creatinine, serum sodium and serum potassium checked so that medicines can be given safely.
anticoagulation + heart failure management need expert management from cardiologist or medical specialist. please consult one as soon as possible.
