both are almost same. pitalo is safer for kidney diseases.
xplended is usually recommended and research tested drug in your condition.
Both are recommended. Rosuvastatin is cheaper and slightly more effective in reducing cholesterol. New onset diabetes is slightly less with pitavastatin. Pitavastatin does not reduce cholesterols by more than 50%. In your case it is ok but for those with more severe athroslerotic disease rosuvastatin is recommended.

I m using xpended 10mg,but about 20 months feels weakness and tiredness.thats why i asked .

If you want to get permanent solutions of cholesterol then take appointment through marham for proper treatment inshaAllah She will be better in couple of weeks
