Aoa If cardiologist suggest echo for heart palpitations , low and sudden fast heart rates , and heart trumbling issue, when will echo test should be done? Better to do During these symptoms time ?or also can do in non symptoms time period ? Doing test in Symptoms time or non symptoms time Can effect on test result? Need help from cardiologist

for palpitations and slow and fast heartbeats, you should get ECG with long lead II (rhythm strip) DURING SYMPTOMS
And 24 hour Holter monitoring.
also, you should get TSH, FT3, FT4 from Aga Khan lab.
Echo is not the first investigation for palpitations, unless you ashtray have a heart or valve condition

long lead II is the rhythm strip and a part of ECG. The hospital staff will understand.
