Grade 1 dysfunction is written. So is it normal.. 1 yr back her hbAc was no border then not checked again

Since 1 week i am chking her bp which is normal range . I yr back her cholestrol levels were raised but she controlled it on diet and now in normal range.

Grade 1 diastolic dysfunction points to hypertension early effects on heart nothing to worry keep BP at 120/80

This is consistent with hypertension

Means? Bp is normal

That’s fine if her BP is regularly under 140/90 she will not require medicines
Just proper diet is ok

Weight is 58 kg.. age near to 50... some time pain in hand not in chest

Bp mostly 110/ 80 some time 120/ 90... some time 130/90.....

Bp mostly 110/ 80 or 90.. some time 130....

Bp mostly in normal range 110/ 80 110/70 some time 130 0r 135

Your BP appears to be within normal limits and wt ok as well
You need not worry about your Echo this is within acceptable limits
No action is required in this regard you are on proper diet which is good
Your pain description sound muscular
If you have any concerns about the pain I suggest to have an ETT done at a good centre
