My general physician asked to get ECG done as was having discomfort and heaviness on the left side. This condition is recurring and accompanied by terrible chest pain n congestion sometimes. Attached is my ECG report. Is that ok ? i still feel slight heaviness on left shoulder and arm.

These symptoms look like non cardiac but u can concerned with cardiologist for chest pain.. plz attached ECG..

If non cardiac then who should I consult to? As the symptoms don't go away with the medicines prescribed by my general physician.

No, none of these issues. Not obese, don't have diabetes but sometimes bp goes up just a little like 130-135

this discomfort occurs during exertion or at rest.
does this heaviness vanishes after rest.

It is during exertion too but sometimes at rest as well. And if get pain it goes away with rest in a couple of hours but heaviness and pressure remains there off and on for a couple of days . On complete shouder arm and left side
