Thanks for putting up your query,

The symptoms which you're mentioning could have various reasons starting from stomach, chest, muscle, heart or anxiety. But the foremost thing is to ensure that this is not related to heart. because many at times the pain from heart appears just like stomach upset but is rather a serious issue. Therefore it is imperative that you seek an advise from a heart specialist and once he has determined through tests or otherwise that this is not related to heart then you can rest assured and get this treated appropriately.

simple answer to your question is, yes this could be unstable angina until proven otherwise.

your ECG shows tachycardia and upsloping St depressions which are non specific findings.

thanks

Exercise tolerance test would be a good one to begin with.

can't say anything about the danger. I'm just guiding you on the limited info that I have. so take it easy and follow

Detailed history of chest pain is needed.. how this pain started? Is it radiating? How it relieves? Did you take any medications to relieve this pain? Can you tell the exact point location of this pain? Do you feel nausea or sweating during episodes? Is it associated with any position change?

its not pain mam, its discomfort just like gass or bloating...no its not radiating, its in the area between upper stomatch to chest nipple and sometimes centre. sometimes with sweating sometimes not....feels like indigestion but resolves on its own sometime....antacids dnt affect much....

The symptoms and ecg which you are showing is not normal. Your ecg showing some significant changes. U better change the cardiologist or visit to a hospital who has some good cardiologist. Meanwhile i suggest you to improve your lifestyle. Walking daily for 30-45 mins daily except Saturday n sunday. But until its not diagnosed to go for walk. Eat healthy food

This is unstable Angina.
The patient needs ETT or direct Angiography to establish diagnosis.
