Hb is slightly low, get serum Iron & ferritin tests & thalassemia screening, increase iron diet sources like, apple, spinach, start taking daily oral iron supplement eg Tab FEFOLVIT, 1, OD
she is anemic , hb is low , either due to insufficient dietry intake or loss in form of periods or hemorrhoids or any gastric ulcer etc etc ... cause should be evaluated .. some more test are required .. consult any general physician
