Talk to Cardiologist on Cardiology
Asking for Self, Female, 26 years old, Peshawar
Assalamoalikum I have been suffering from shortness of breath chest heaviness. Hypertensive from 8 years. Ett negative but the problems still persist. Did pfts and cxr it was normal. Cardiologist advised me to go for ct coronary angio or do another ett. I want to ask for second opinion from cardiologist/radiologist as i m afraid of contrast and radiation. Age 26
Your CT angio was about to be done today? Has it been done?
Aoa. kindly share details of medications used for Hypertension, ETT report here.
As of now there is no indication of CT angio in this case given your age, sex and symptoms plus a negative ETT. I would suggest an echocardiogram for now.

Medications triforge 160/5/12.5 and nebil 2.5 fluoxetine 20mg
I dont find any option here to upload my ett reports. It was done in nov last yr. Ett was done when i was having 5mg nebil daily. Hr achived was 181 exercise time 10mins. Stopped due to dyspnea

I have a treadmill and i try to mimic ett on it everyday. I cant pass beyond stage 4 total exercise of 11 mins. With max heart rate of 140. When i take nebil 2.5mg i can go upto 12 min with max hr of 142
