Assalam.o.Alaikum! All dear'S Sir sir! mujh 2019 ka end ma asthma howa tha jisy ka ilaj abi tak chala raha ha Ab me 80% thek hon asthma ka masla sy .. Or mera BP high rahta ha .. Today BP 145/90 Time 3:45PM New ECG attach hay post par plz guide me ya kia masla hay is ka ilaj kia ha ? plz best advise dya ap Sub Dr's SB 2020ma Cardiologist Dr SB nay (Tab calan SR 1/2 Night) use karwai thi 1 month ka liya phit stop mera BP kafi adh tak control ho gya tha . phir ab 7days phla ya masla howa hay Shukriya JAZAKAALLAH
your age? and have you done any workup regarding hypertension?
you should be evaluated for high BP as you have mentioned your age as 22 years and you are too young to be hypertensive. have you been using STEROIDS for your asthma?
so cause of hypertension is most probably steroids. please test for 1. serum cortisol level at 9:00Am.
2. AR ratio.
3. urine for protein.
4. RFTs
5. serum pottasium.
then do start the medicine advised to u (losartan). nd avoid salt. kacha namak bilkul b nhn khana. khaney me b kum use krain. fried cheezain na khayain. chiknayi se parhaiz. nd daily 15 minutes subah sham walk krain.
