Asking for Self, Male, 24 years old, Lahore
I m having chest discomfort from last one year. I don't where it's coming from. I had multiple ecgs in last year and echo and all blood tests were done but nothing came up. I feel good after my weight lifting excercises but sometimes not. I had chest discomfort again today i have done ecg again i am attaching 2 ecg the one is from last October and one is from today. Is there any difference between last ecg and current ecg ?

both ecgs are fine. you appear to be at low risk for heart disease. get yourself checked by a cardiologist and request an exercise treadmill test for deciding whether you have heart diaease or not!for your peace of mind.

ECG Twave in avF, V5, V6 shows changes which need to be assessed . proper history is needed.

Thanks for sharing ur concern. Your ECGs are fine but further testing is required before reassuring that everything is fine. Can u tell if you were tremulous while these ECGs were being taken ? Having problem of fatigue, irritability, restlessness, muscle aches, sleep initiation or maintenance issue ? Fast racing of the heart ? Worry a lot about trivial things? Think a lot ? Family history of heart disease in young members?
Okay, in my opinion you need a detailed consultation and then a few investigations would also be required.

There is T wave inversion in II, III, avF in both tracings. Heart rate is 100 which is borderline, actually upper limit of normal.
Detailed history of timing in relation to exercise, family history, plus associated shootings is required.
msgs to & fro are not the answer.

Actually this was started from the very first ecg it shows low heartbeat was around 55 and doctor(emergency GP) was such a shit. He put me an anxiety he said your heartbeat is low you should check with the cardiologist and suddenly i got severe panicked. i just visited PIC that doctor cleared that nothing is wrong with you but i was daily gym going person before i have good athletic heartbeat that doctor didn't know about it. But from that day my whole life got disturbed and he put me in anxiety state that i haven't recovered. I am attaching the very first ecg that had been taken in October 2019

Yeah i just got stucked im health anxiety from last year. I have consulted many cardiologists but nothing came up. Now a days i am facing body internal tremors like sometimes i feel body is not in my control. And sometimes chest discomfort everytimes there is new symptom.
