Talk to Andrologist on Pain In Testes

i have pain in my testes. at first pain occur in right testes and then after 2 days there is no pain in right testes then pain starts in left testes which almost for almost 4 to 5 days but pain is not too much. this occur on 1st of august. now pain started again in right testes, i dont konw what to do now , i feel auckward to tell this to my parents . kindly tell me treatment ?
