Talk to Andrologist on Nil Sperm Count
Asking for Self, Male, 35 years old, Lahore
AOA. I am married for the last 10 years. I had semen analysis and got nil sperm count. I had blood test carried out for FSH and LH Levels FSH is 31.3 LH is 6.9 also I had FNAC: Testis in which found “The smears are hypocellular, showing germ cells in various phases Of maturation. Sertoli and Leydig cells are also seen. No mature spermatozoa are identified”. I am worried and can’t figure out what to do. Can I have treatment for this from any doctor?
