Talk to Andrologist on Erectile Dysfunction & Watery Semen

Asking for Self, Male, 45 years old, KSA

Salam, Since 1 year feeling less tightness with erection and have less feeling while discharge. Also watery semen. Have done below tests. - Semen Analysis - Prolactin (14.69 ng/ml) - Testosterone (12.09 nmol/L) - Free T4 (15.18 pmol/L) - TSH ( 0.630 mlU/ml) - Vit.D (62 ng/ml)

Please advise. Doctor here advise me to take TADALAFIL CiaLIS 5mg TABLET (Tadalafil). Still I did not start taking any medication.

Can anyone advise how to make semen thick and fix ED and what could be the cause of this problem. I also suffer from some degree of IBS.
