Talk to Allergy Specialist on Tonsillitis (for Many Years); Allergy

Salam, I am having allergy. It's there 365 days, but sometimes it gets worse.. Esp. in Ramzan. My eyes are itchy, I sneeze a lot, and my throat is in terrible condition. Pics are attached. I am talking rigix, gargling with sirine water and benzirin. (I yet know not the cause of allergy, might be dust and pollen). What should I do for the throat and tonsills. When I visit doctor, they suggest antibiotics. Last year, I had tennitis as well bcz of throat infection.
