wsallam, what you can do initially is to improve your water intake and diet. If you had to much junk food or oily diet or even disturbed sleep. Do watch if there is any specific cloth in the room it can be anything bedsheet, pillows that has fur coz these all can cause allergy. Can be an insect bite use mortein in the night in your room. Any previous cream or ointment applied on face ?
