When I felt I needed help, I was immediately given Dr.Q's reference. I was a bit skeptical at first, considering Dr.Q lived in a different continent, even so, she identified my Post partum depression (PPD) and talked me thru several sessions. Initially she helping me accept the fact I needed help, talked me thru the whats and hows of PPD, talked me thru how the treatment will work and voila!!! Within the time period she promised I was able to be myself again. Thank you Dr.Q! There is so much I learnt about myself because of you!
