To my surprise the doctor over there actually said that if I want to change the shade of my teeth I should go for a safer procedure such as whitening rather than grinding my upper and lower teeth for veneers. Tbh this is the first time any dentist has said no to that sort of treatment and his reasoning was that it's a safer approach which I'm all up for.
