When I 1st made contact with her, I was in desperate need of Psychological help, my anxiety was out of control, my depression episodes were at peak and 1st time in life, I was having suicidal thoughts. She started treatment gradually by helping me to take baby steps. It was nothing in start but with time, I observed many changes in my thinking patterns and decrease in my anxiety and depression. Within six months I was equipped with tools to fight with depression and anxiety. I am not saying that its vanished but now I am stronger than my mental illnesses. In that period, I got a new job, I found many new ways to make my life better. I am many times better and stronger compare to my dark days. With wishing her to continue this work to help people to fight their inner demons, I thank her to contributing her best to society.
