which flour is best for a diabetic. and dry fig is suitable for him?

hy meri mom ki sara din sugar theek rehti hai uo to mark agar un ki medicine main thira bhi izqfa karien tu sugar low hu jati hai.... masla yeh sara din sugar theek hai but fasting 8 hrs per 140 fasting after 10 hrs per 130 aur afte...
