Jaw Pain Infront Of Both Ears.

M having pain in both jaws(infront of ears) and upper teeth, i feel grating sounds while chewing food but not pain and pressure in temples, clogged ears and ringing sounds. Is this tmj? Should i consult to dentist for this problem?
