I visited Dr Irfan on 5 January 2021 as I was having a problem with haemorrhoids. He performed my hemorrhoidectomy on 7 January 2021. Since it is an excruciating procedure for the patients, I used to message him again n again for small n petty issues, and he always responded to me on messages and calls. Dr Irfan has shown really professional and responsible behaviour. I have been visiting him every week until now for follow up. He has been available and has been answering all my queries and concerns. Just because of his attitude and positive attitude I have been able to handle this pain. Though the recovery periods of such a surgery is more than 6 weeks I have normally been working from the second week, and I have been able to manage the pain very well. The overall environment of the clinic is good and the staff is professional. They keep track of everything and with the current pandemic situation, they are taking necessary precautions as well. Inshaa Allah, once I am done with this problem I will definitely be getting my hair transplant from the Al Khaleej clinic. In the end, I would just want to thank Dr Irfan for listening to my issues and handling them so well.
