I have been suffering from depression and anxiety since 2009. but due to lack of awareness, I didn't know about a psychologist that I can be fine through counseling. Coming in 2018 I got to know I can be cured without medication through counseling. I went to miss Sadaf and she took sessions every week. Day by day I keep getting better. Now I am much better by her treatment. She is a greatly Qualified psychologist.
